These terms apply to your use of trove360llc.com, run by Trove 360 LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site's content
The text, screen pictures, videos, logos and other material on this site belong to Trove 360 LLC or are used with permission. "Trove360" and the Trove360 logo are our marks. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, change or republish its material for any other purpose without our written permission.
Information, not advice
Descriptions of the software, DLA processes, military standards and CMMC are general information about our product. They are not legal, contracting, export-control or compliance advice. The software helps you prepare for a CMMC assessment; it does not certify you. Features and prices may change.
The software and downloads
The Trove360 Operations Suite is licensed, not sold. Downloading or installing it is governed by the licence agreement that comes with it, and that agreement takes priority over these terms for the software. Do not download or use the software unless you accept that licence.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, send malicious code, use the demonstration form to send spam or anything unlawful, or send us controlled unclassified information (CUI) or export-controlled data through the site or by e-mail.
Other sites
Links to other sites, and YouTube's player if you choose it, are provided for convenience. Other sites are run under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Trove 360 LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you and we agree to those courts.
