Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Trove 360 LLC ("we", "us") collects through trove360llc.com, why, who else sees it, and the choices and rights you have. Questions go to mscott@trove360llc.com.
Who we are
Trove 360 LLC, Plantation, Florida, United States, makes the Trove360 Operations Suite. We are responsible for the personal information described here.
The short version
- We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, session recording or analytics scripts. We count visits only from our hosting provider's own server records.
- We do not sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to build a profile of you.
- The only details we ask for are the ones you type into the demonstration form.
- Nothing loads from another company's site unless you choose it. Today the only such thing is YouTube's video player for the tour.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, and we ask you not to send controlled unclassified information (CUI), export-controlled technical data or passwords through the form or by e-mail.

If you do not allow YouTube, the tour plays from this site's own copy and nothing is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time with Privacy choices at the foot of every page.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a "no" to all optional content from other sites and do not show the banner. You can still turn content on yourself in Privacy choices. We also treat GPC as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, which we do not do in any case.
Who else sees your information
We use these service providers, who handle information for us under their own terms and only to provide their service:
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts the site, keeps its request logs, counts visits from those logs (Netlify Analytics), and receives and stores the demonstration form.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365) runs our company e-mail, where form submissions and your e-mails arrive.
- Google (YouTube) receives your IP address and browser details only if you choose YouTube's player.
We do not tell anyone which videos you watch on this site. We may disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or to a buyer of our business, who would be bound by this policy.
Legal bases (visitors in the UK, EU and EEA)
We reply to your form or e-mail because you asked us to, and to take steps before a possible contract. We keep site logs because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure site. YouTube's player loads only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Privacy choices.
How long we keep it
Form details and e-mails: for as long as we are in contact with you about a demonstration or licence, and if you become a customer, for as long as we need them for that relationship and for our tax and business records. Otherwise we delete them within 24 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask. Hosting logs: as set by Netlify.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can opt out of any sale, sharing or targeted advertising (we do none). Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states, the UK or the EU) you may have further rights, including to object, to restrict use, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, e-mail mscott@trove360llc.com. We may need to confirm who you are. We reply within 30 days, or within the time your local law sets if that is longer, and we will not treat you differently for asking. If we turn down a request you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our answer; an agent you authorize may ask on your behalf.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, loads no scripts from other sites, and blocks them with a content security policy. Form details are held by our hosting provider and in our company mailbox, which are protected by access controls. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Where it is kept
We and our providers are in the United States, so your information is stored and handled there.
The Operations Suite software
This policy covers the website. The Operations Suite runs on your own computers and keeps your business records in your own database. When it checks for a new version it reads a file from this site, so our hosting provider sees that request like any other web request.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change means something new is collected or loaded from another site, we will ask for your choice again.
